pc-prime 01 is a high-quality environment-friendly water-based bituminous anionic emulsion. It is free of solvent and exhibits
excellent adhesion property. It is applied onto various substrates (concrete, concrete blocks, bricks, foam concrete
fibre and cement board) to improve bonding of bituminous products.

SPECIFICATION AND COMPLIANCE:

• PC-Prime 01 conforms to the requirement of ASTM and other  relevant International Standards.

MAIN USES:

• Protection against moisture and water for pedestals,walkways
  and floor pavements.
• Applying on roofs and walls made from reinforced concrete,
  asphalt, bricks and other substrates before applying any of the
  PC-WC waterproofing protective coatings.
• Single coat protective on various construction structures.
• Waterproofing projects where fire hazard is a major priority.
• Sub-coating for membrane adhesive and bituminous repair
  compounds.

APPLICATION AND COVARAGE:

The surface should be dry, clean and free of loose materials, dirt, soil,
grease, oil or other impurities. Apply PC-Prime 01 by means of a brush,
roller or spray gun @ of 5-6 m2 /lit into the entire coverage area of the
substrate and allow to dry. The drying time and coverage depends on
the porosity of the substrate and the environmental conditions
(approx. 1.0 — 4.0 hrs). PC-Prime 01 is recommended to apply at
temperatures above 5°C.
